Customer background: The customer was referred by the Indonesian customer who cooperated with us before. The customer is engaged in scenic spots, including tea gardens.

The Ferris wheel is intended to be a landmark building in the park to attract traffic.

At first, the customer was interested in two sightseeing products, the rainbow slide and the 49-meter Ferris wheel. However, this was the first time for the customer to import and contact this amusement industry, and it was the first time for us to cooperate with each other. For the sake of insurance, the customer tried the rainbow slide product first.

After the purchase of the first product, he was familiar with the entire import process and brought a lot of traffic to the park in a very short time. Three months later, the customer started to finalize the 49-meter Ferris wheel project. The reason for the fast pace was mainly that the customer's site was ready, plus the effect brought by the previous product, so the order for the Ferris wheel was finalized relatively quickly.

After the customer arranged the deposit, we started production. During the process of making tea, we updated the production video and detailed pictures for the customer, including the production live broadcast, so that the customer can understand the production status of the order in real time. After production, we took the final packaging picture for the customer to confirm, so that the customer could pay the final payment.

For subsequent shipments, the customer used his own freight forwarder. Before shipment, we provided all relevant transportation and product information to the other party's freight forwarder to ensure that the equipment could arrive safely in the Indonesian market and clear customs smoothly.

In the first week of production, we provided professional foundation drawings to the customer for foundation production. Due to various reasons, the customer's foundation construction was not completed until our engineers arrived at the site and assisted in the final completion of the foundation production. With the perfect cooperation of our engineers and the entire  team, the entire equipment was finally installed and put into operation within a month. The professional marketing method of the team made our Ferris wheel the most famous local check-in destination at the first time.
