The first contact was on August 22, 2023. During the communication, we learned about the customer's needs, gave our professional advice, and invited the customer to visit the factory. On October 22, the customer came to Zhengzhou from Xinjiang and visited our factory production and exhibition hall. After comparing the quality of peers, on October 23, he signed a contract with our company for 500,000 US dollars, including 9 equipment such as high-altitude flying, Ferris wheel, and rotating tower, and paid 10,000 US dollars as a deposit to start production. Later, with the cooperation of the customer, the delivery task was perfectly completed, and three senior engineers were arranged to guide the installation. It took about 50 days to successfully deliver the project to the customer. In March of the following year, the customer came again to add some equipment, which is currently running at the customer's site.

In May 2024, our staff planned to visit Stan. Due to visa issues, they were unable to go to the customer's site. The customer traveled 300 kilometers from Tajikistan to Uzbekistan to meet with our staff. He was very satisfied with our work and communicated with us about follow-up cooperation issues.
