Every LIMEIQI Royal 2-Story Carousel is built in our 50,000 m² integrated manufacturing campus in Henan, China. From raw steel to finished ride, every step happens under one roof — ensuring quality, traceability, and on-time delivery.
Our 6-Step Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Design & Engineering (2–3 weeks)
Our in-house engineering team uses 3D CAD and FEA simulation to validate every structural component. We design for a 20-year operational lifetime under continuous daily use.
Step 2: Steel Fabrication (3–4 weeks)
Hot-rolled Q235 steel is cut, bent, and welded by certified welders. Every weld is X-ray or ultrasonic tested. The complete frame is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance.
Step 3: Animal Carving & Painting (6–8 weeks in parallel)
Master carvers hand-shape each of the 60–108 animal figures from fiberglass, then hand-paint them in 6–12 layers of marine-grade enamel. Gold and silver leaf is applied by hand for the gilded details.
Step 4: Mechanical Assembly (3–4 weeks)
Drive system, gearboxes, and safety systems are assembled in a climate-controlled workshop. Each subsystem is bench-tested before final integration.
Step 5: Electrical & Lighting (2–3 weeks)
1,200–2,400 LED lights, sound systems, control panels, and DMX-512 lighting controllers are installed and programmed. Every light mode (16 preset programs) is tested for 72 continuous hours.
Step 6: Final QC & Test Run (1–2 weeks)
The fully assembled carousel is run at full speed for 200+ hours. Vibration, noise, and safety systems are instrumented and verified against design specifications.
